Job summary

Baxters in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Quality Compliance Supervisor to monitor and maintain Quality systems, lead audits, and support HACCP and GFSI programs. The role reports to the Quality Manager and oversees two direct reports.

The candidate will drive corrective and preventive actions, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment with emphasis on preventive measures and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Food Science.
• Minimum five years in QA, food manufacturing, or related field.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Advanced knowledge of quality systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external inspections and regulatory visits.
• Lead audit preparation and follow-ups for non-conformances.
• Coordinate site FSQSP, HACCP, and GFSI programs.
• Serve as Site SQF/GFSI coordinator and QA back-up to manager.
• Provide QA support for major projects and training.
