Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in QA/QC within manufacturing, proficient Microsoft Office skills, and a detail-oriented approach to audits, inspections, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Food industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards through testing of raw materials, in-process checks, and finished goods.
• Report out-of-spec results to supervisors and responsible departments.
• Perform daily audits to ensure systems and policy compliance including line audits.
• Support continuous improvement activities in collaboration with production and support teams.
• Maintain proper storage and rotation of ingredients, including allergen handling.
• Set up and participate in daily sensory evaluations.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
