Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC is seeking a Center Quality Manager in Corsicana, TX to own the regulatory and compliance program at the Donor Center, ensuring safety, accuracy, and high standards. You will drive audits, corrective actions, and objective quality checks across operations.

Travel includes eight weeks of paid training with travel and accommodations provided. Base salary is $50K–$55K plus up to 25% monthly bonus, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a regulated or process-driven environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and endure long shifts.
• Willingness to work day/evening hours, weekends, holidays and extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality programs, including inspections, audits, and corrective action plans.
• Maintain audit-ready compliance with industry, government, and company regulations.
• Provide independent oversight with objective quality checks and documentation.
• Support center leadership to maintain safety and operational excellence.
• Improve processes by tracking trends and reducing risk.
• Oversee staff training to ensure policy adherence.
