Join Parachute, LLC seeks a Center Quality Manager in Bellmead, TX to own the regulatory and compliance program at the Donor Center, upholding high safety and accuracy standards for donors and staff.

You will lead quality programs, maintain audit readiness, and provide independent oversight while partnering with center leadership to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in a regulated or process-driven environment.
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments.
• Ability to work day and evening hours, weekends, holidays and extended shifts.

Mansioni

• Lead quality programs, including inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Keep the center audit-ready by maintaining compliance with regulations.
• Provide independent oversight with objective quality checks and documentation.
• Support center leadership and collaborate with the Center Director on safety and excellence.
• Improve processes by tracking trends, analyzing data, and reducing risk.
• Oversee training and ensure staff compliance with new policies.
