Join Parachute seeks a Center Quality Manager in Corsicana, TX, to oversee compliance and quality programs. The ideal candidate will lead inspections, audits, and ensure a high standard of safety within our rapidly growing organization.

This role offers up to $70K in compensation, including a base salary and performance-based bonuses. Candidates should be ready for a hands-on, dynamic environment where they can make a significant impact on quality and operational excellence.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in a regulated or process-driven environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends.

• Lead quality programs, overseeing inspections and audits.
