ColumbiaCare Services in Portland, OR is seeking a Quality & Compliance Data Analyst to join our on-site team. The Quality & Compliance Data Analyst will ensure compliance with operational standards and external regulatory frameworks.

They will assist teams to compile clinical documentation, audit performance tracking systems, and prepare comprehensive reports requested by executive leadership or state licensing boards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, information technology or related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience as a data analyst or similar role.
• Must understand data gathering, screening, coding, transforming and modeling/diagramming techniques.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with operational standards and external regulatory frameworks.
• Compile clinical documentation and audit performance tracking systems.
• Prepare reports for executive leadership or state licensing boards.
• Coordinate with local program managers and identify process gaps.
• Assist staff with data collection protocols and training.
• Know state behavioral health regulations and documentation laws.
