The role involves researching regulatory requirements, coordinating with experts, and monitoring data collection, reporting, and training adherence across programs. The role includes ensuring standardized forms, updates for staff, and preparation of various annual reports.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts research on policies and procedures as required by state, federal, and credentialing entities.
• Compiles, organizes, and evaluates information necessary to develop policies, procedures, and forms.
• In consultation with Executive and Leadership team, ensures and controls standardization of all forms used throughout the organization.
• Maintains and submits reports to the appropriate designee as requested.
• Performs internal program audits.
• Ensures annual reports are completed (e.g., Client Satisfaction Surveys, Employee Satisfaction Survey, Stake Holder Survey).
