KeystoneCare is seeking a Director of Quality, Compliance & Clinical Education to lead education and quality initiatives across home health and hospice services. This role oversees curricula, audits, and data-driven improvements, collaborating with clinical leadership to ensure compliance.

The position requires an RN license in PA, a Master's degree in Nursing or Education (BSN required), at least 5 years of clinical nursing experience in home health or hospice, and strong leadership and

Responsibilities

KeystoneCare is seeking a dedicated and dynamic a Director of Quality, Compliance & Clinical Education for our Home Health and Hospice services. In this role, you will play a critical part in leading our quality assurance initiatives, developing educational programs, and enhancing the skills of our nursing staff to ensure that we provide the highest standards of patient care.

Your primary responsibilities will include creating, implementing, and maintaining educational curricula focused on both home health and hospice care protocols, ensuring that all nurses stay abreast of the latest practices and regulatory requirements. You will also oversee the quality assurance processes, evaluating performance and care outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance patient care.

In addition to education and quality assurance, this position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement, adherence to agency policies, and compliance with governmental regulations.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Master\'s degree in Nursing or Education; BSN required
• Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience in home health, hospice, or related field
• Experience in nursing education or quality assurance preferred
• Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in home health and hospice care
• Ability to analyze data and implement quality improvement initiatives
• CPR certification required
• Driver\'s License and Car Insurance in good standing
