Job summary

International Community Health Services (ICHS) is seeking a HAHP Quality and Compliance Analyst to support the Healthy Aging and Wellness Program (HAWP), including PACE and Assisted Living. You will lead audit readiness, coordinate analyses, and monitor CAPs/PIPs while ensuring HIPAA/privacy compliance.

The role requires strong collaboration across departments, predominantly in-office with potential remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 4 years of relevant healthcare compliance experience required; substitution for degree.
• 3–5 years of healthcare compliance, auditing, quality improvement, regulatory affairs, risk management, or related field experience; audits, CAPs, and PIPs experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit readiness initiatives and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Develop, track, and monitor corrective action plans and performance improvement plans.
• Maintain HIPAA/privacy policies and conduct HIPAA/privacy case investigations; manage FWA reporting and exclusion screening.
• Coordinate and facilitate Quality of Care communications and RCA meetings with providers.
