Job summary

Vida is a virtual obesity care provider focused on improving patient outcomes through QA-driven processes. This individual contributor role will shape quality programs, ensure HIPAA regulatory compliance, and optimize contact center workflows across omni-channel interactions.

You will design and tune AWS Auto-QA prompts, analyze logs with SQL, and lead calibration and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize AI hallucinations while upholding patient privacy and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years healthcare quality experience preferred.
• Experience with contact center quality or speech analytics is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory requirements is essential.

Responsibilities

• You possess strong project management and analytical skills with experience managing QA calibration and escalation processes.
