Job summary

Vida is seeking a Quality Compliance and AI Operations Analyst to drive quality assurance and regulatory compliance across a remote healthcare contact center. You will design quality programs, build dashboards, and tune AI-driven QA tools to minimize hallucinations while ensuring rapid, compliant responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in healthcare quality, process improvement, and omni‑channel tech execution.
• Experience querying data with SQL (e.g., Amazon Athena, Looker).
• Hands‑on with contact center speech analytics, rule-building, or Auto‑QA features (AWS Contact Lens, Genesys, Zendesk).
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, and quality improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience managing HITL audit workflows, SLA tracking, and QA calibration sessions.
• Excellent analytical, root‑cause problem‑solving, and cross‑functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee quality programs to ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
• Identify and implement training to enhance staff performance based on automated insights and audit trends.
• Track and analyze KPIs to improve patient outcomes and service quality.
• Design and tune AWS Auto‑QA prompts and rule-building to flag risks and reduce AI hallucination rates.
• Extract and analyze logs via SQL to build weekly defect reports and CSAT trends.
• Oversee HITL QA review workflows and manage QA appeals process.
• Facilitate QA calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency.
• Oversee escalation pathways for privacy and security incidents and internal coaching escalations.
