Job summary

Faith Technologies, located in Indianapolis, seeks a Quality and Commissioning Program Manager to drive high standards across multiple projects. You will support program setup, provide expertise in quality management, and mentor teams while coordinating with the program leadership.

The role requires 6 years of electrical experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with PMP/Six Sigma advantageous and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM, or related field.
• 6 years of electrical experience with quality management and commissioning.
• Experience developing and executing training programs.
• Travel: 50%
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Quality and Commissioning Program Manager for high-profile clients.
• Assist in project setup and startup until a full-time Project Manager is assigned.
• Attend program-level meetings to ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals.
• Regularly attend client site meetings to drive quality and commissioning consistency.
• Interview field-level employees up to Field Managers to evaluate quality and commissioning standards.
• Provide subject-matter guidance on program quality and commissioning requirements.
• Lead and oversee program efforts and ensure successful outcomes.
• Address smaller geographical needs and project management tasks as they arise.
• Oversee subcontracting of QXL help for specific sites if needed.
• Develop and execute training programs, including internal sessions.
