Job summary

Techmer PM in Clinton, TN is seeking an experienced Quality Control / Color Lab Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the QC and Color Laboratories on-site. The role ensures products meet specifications and comply with ISO 9001 while guiding a skilled team.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate testing, review documentation for product releases, and collaborate with Manufacturing and Technical Services to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five years of Quality Control experience OR two years of Quality Supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the QC and Color Laboratories.
• Lead, coach, and develop Quality/Color Lab Technicians.
• Ensure accurate, timely product testing and documentation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Technical Services to resolve quality and color issues.
• Review documentation required for product approval and release.
• Promote safety and conduct routine safety observations.
