Job summary

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain quality of all products in accordance with quality, laboratory, environmental, and safety systems.
Interact with management and Production to accommodate testing and quality needs and provide excellent customer service.
Run sample products on lab extruders and molders.
Analyze colors using a spectrophotometer.
Identify non-conforming products and reject per procedure.
Prepare customer certifications and enter SPC data from testing.
Support Manufacturing with re-work and SOC changes to meet specs.
Train and coach Manufacturing personnel for in-process inspections.
Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization.
