Job summary

MAHUBE-OTWA Community Action Partnership Inc. seeks a Quality Coach for our Child Care Aware program to strengthen communities by improving access to high-quality, inclusive licensed childcare.

You will coach licensed family and center-based programs, help them set goals, navigate grant funding and program requirements to achieve Parent Aware ratings, and manage related data. This is a full-time role that requires collaboration with partners, strong communication, and willingness to travel to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in child development, early childhood education, or related field; 1 year of experience; 3 years strongly preferred.
• Experience with licensed family or group childcare programs.
• Knowledge of Minnesota child care statutes and reporting requirements.
• Ability to travel to client homes and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and agency software.

Responsibilities

• Support licensed family and center-based childcare programs, providing coaching and technical assistance.
• Educate on grant funding and program requirements to obtain Parent Aware rating.
• Provide coaching, technical assistance, and data management.
