Job summary

MAHUBE-OTWA in Park Rapids, MN is recruiting a Quality Coach to support licensed family and center-based childcare programs. You will provide coaching, technical assistance, and guidance to help programs obtain Parent Aware ratings and pursue continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in child development, early childhood education, or related field is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of experience strongly preferred including working with children in a childcare setting.
• Experience with licensed family or center-based childcare programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support licensed family and center-based childcare programs in implementing practices and setting goals.
• Provide coaching and technical assistance and educate on grant funding and program requirements to obtain Parent Aware rating.
• Manage associated data and support continuous improvement through coaching.
