Responsible for implementation and maintenance of critical data management systems throughout the facility. The role is essential in providing accurate information to drive business focus and continuous improvement. Working with IT, ME, Quality, operations & test, you will be responsible for developing / maintaining data systems that provide real-time key manufacturing performance data and translating into a format that is easily interpreted such as Power BI dashboards. In addition, you will be responsible for implementation and maintenance of systems that drive essential core improvement processes such as CAPA, ECN, SPC, Calibration, PFMEA, etc. Focus will be on automating data collection from various outputs throughout the facility and providing clear information dashboards.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as computer science, engineering, or IT.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing environment.

Compensation varies depending on factors such as skill sets, experience, certifications, and organizational needs. The current estimated range is:
$91,859 - $161,546
Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly bonuses based on performance and shift premiums for alternative shifts.
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC. This includes recognizing ITAR products, understanding access restrictions, managing foreign visitors, and handling export shipments in compliance with regulations.
