Staff Management | SMX is hiring Problem Solvers in Henrico, VA to troubleshoot production issues and manage training sign-offs. You will maintain SOPs, support audits, and handle inventory tasks in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

We offer weekly pay, training, and benefits including medical and dental insurance. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and weekend options with a pay rate of $23.50–$25.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email apps.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Audit preparedness.
• Troubleshoots cases with issues.
• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates.
• Maintains Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems.
