This includes dimensional, cleanliness, appearance, and packaging checks of randomly selected productsInitiate non-conformance reports as neededPerform containment on suspect materials as requestedMaintain tool calibration system in conjunction with Quality staffMaintain inspection documentation for Quality with up-to-date informationUse all designated Personal Protective Equipment as requiredEssential Functions (Safety) :Perform safety audits and train others to perform auditsCreate safety standardized documents for production and support functionsConduct safety training with new employees, current employees, visitors and contractorsTrack safety initiatives scheduled on regulatory compliance calendarsSupport incident investigationsSupport corrective action planning and implementationCommunicate safety incidents through company software systemsWhile this list is representative of essential job duties, it is not an all-inclusive list of duties required to perform this role.
