Job summary

Marvin Windows and Doors is seeking an Auditor to support the Quality department by auditing windows and doors on production lines and providing immediate feedback to supervisors on quality issues. The role involves training line workers on quality standards, assisting in the development and implementation of improvements, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Hours are a 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:00am) with potential overtime; pay is $20.49 per hour, with a $2 shift differential for the third

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training.
• Auditing experience or QA training preferred.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Job Overview

This position is responsible for assisting the Quality department to meet and exceed company goals. The Auditor is responsible for auditing windows and doors on any of our production lines. This position will aid in training the other line associates on Quality Standards. This position will assist in the development and implementation of improvement ideas, and to assist in the validation of those changes. The Auditor is responsible for providing supervisors with immediate feedback on any Quality issues on the production line.

Hours: Sunday- Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am, OT as required

Pay: $20.49 per hour (3rd shift is eligible for $2.00/hr shift differential)

Education/ Training: High School Diploma/GED required- Six months to one year of related experience or training.
