Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Production Associate in Roanoke, VA. You will assemble windows and doors, use hand and power tools, and follow on-screen instructions to deliver parts to production lines. You will be cross-trained across departments to gain variety and grow your career with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow instructions from computer screens to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to add variety to the workday.
• Communicate clearly in English with the team to carry out essential functions.

Job Overview

In this role, you'll move around throughout the day using equipment to make beautiful windows and doors. An expert training team will teach you how to safely use hand and power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns. You'll be eligible for cross-training because it's important to us that we help you build a career and grow in areas that interest you.

Your schedule and Pay:

• Work Monday through Friday from 3:00PM - 11:00PM
• Pay starts at $18.91/hour.

Overtime may be required during business season.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• A High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• General experience with computers
• Lift, carry, push, and pull a variety of objects weighing 10 lbs. to 70 lbs.
• Grip 65 lbs.
• Bend, twist, stoop, and climb
• Stand and walk on concrete
