• Investigate and resolve quality complaints, nonconformances, and audit findings.
• Support corrective and preventive action plans with QA team.
• Maintain document change controls and reference records.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and customer requirements through audits.
• Prepare management reports with findings and recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
