Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, quality, and supervision.
• Experience leading a quality assurance team and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Proven ability to perform root cause corrective action.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Minitab.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate work of quality department.
• Utilize statistical tools to analyze suppliers and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis of supplier defects and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze data and generate reports for management.
• Review quality analysis and update procedures as needed.
• Lead supplier PPAPs and liaise with suppliers on quality issues.
• Prepare and analyze reports on rejected products.
• Lead QA projects and evaluate team performance.
