Job summary

Point Blank Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Process Compliance Supervisor in Quality Systems to perform audits for ISO 9001 & AS9100, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal policies. The role involves coordinating internal audits, reporting findings, and supporting supplier audits as needed.

The ideal candidate has a background in manufacturing/quality, strong reading of technical documents, and excellent communication skills; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; 5+ years in manufacturing/quality.
• ISO 9001/AS9100 audit experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish required.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits to manufacturing and inspection activities to evaluate compliance with work instructions, related reference documents, and manufacturing aids.
• Audit compliance of product and processes against written specifications, policies, SOPs, and GMPs.
• Coordinate and schedule internal audits with Department Heads.
• Ensure audit findings are communicated to management and tracked through remediation.
• Support on-site audits conducted by external parties.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in any process of the quality system; and Evaluate training needs.
