Job summary

North Star Community Services seeks a Quality Assurance Coordinator to oversee its QA, apprenticeship, and staff training programs, ensuring compliance with Iowa Administrative Code and CARF. The role involves creating and delivering training, and overseeing the apprentice program.

You will work with the administrative team to manage multiple projects, maintain training records in Relias, and generate reports to support ongoing improvement and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Design and implementation of training program(s): including training on documentation guidelines and MADNT training.
• Ensure training program(s) address a variety of service needs, learning styles, and comprehension levels to improve service quality.
• Maintain and monitor training records for compliance according to agency policy and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct designated trainings
• Responsibility for updating and managing the contact for the Learning Management System (Relias)
• Maintain a current working understanding of governing bodies and regulatory entities, such as the Iowa Administrative Code, CARF, MCO employee training requirements.
