Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read or understand information related to work activities.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations – addition, subtraction, multiplication, division. Push, pull, lift or carry up to as much as 60 pounds occasionally, and up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in accordance with the required schedule shift.

Responsibilities

• Conducts talent assessments to identify the skill gaps among QA staff.
• Facilitates training sessions through coaching, workshops, job shadowing, and mentoring.
• Measures and evaluates training and facilitation methods to ensure effectiveness of the material presented to employees.
• Conducts period audits to assess progress related to skills and knowledge of employees in QA.
• Documents and communicates any errors or performance gaps discovered during audits.
• Facilitates onboarding of new temporary QA staff employed through temp agencies.
• Collaborates with team members to suggest new training practices.
• Observes safety and housekeeping procedures; corrects hazardous situations.
• Follows company policies, security protocols, SOPs, work instructions, and ISO requirements.
• Performs other related duties to ensure efficient functioning of the work unit.
