Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs for QA team members using hands-on instruction, mentoring, workshops, and job shadowing.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training for new and temporary QA staff, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Evaluate training effectiveness by assessing employee performance, identifying skill gaps, and implementing targeted improvements.
• Conduct audits to measure knowledge and performance, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine training programs, improve QA processes, and enhance overall operations.
• Uphold safety and compliance standards, including adherence to company policies, ISO requirements, and departmental goals.
