Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of QA, training, manufacturing, or related experience.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions for QA team members through hands-on instruction, mentoring, workshops, and other dynamic learning methods.

Pay Rate: $18.50-$19.88 per hour

Adecco is seeking a dedicated QA Training Specialist to join our client’s team in Cary, NC. This pivotal role focuses on developing and empowering the quality assurance team through impactful training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives. As part of Adecco’s commitment to excellence, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new team members, refining QA training processes, and ensuring operational consistency across quality functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, training, manufacturing, or related environments.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

• Basic math skills and the ability to interpret written and verbal instructions accurately.

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

• Willingness to work overtime as necessary, including mandatory overtime.

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Rotating 12-hour shifts: 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on, with every other weekend off.

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay Details:

$18.50 to $19.88 per hour
