Qualifications

• Copyediting or testing experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of web design or coding is not required, but could help.
• Excellent observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills to reiterate testing steps in detail.
• Task prioritization and time management to handle multiple projects.
• Pattern recognition and investigative mindset to find errors through elimination.

Responsibilities

• Test website-based software and educational lessons for quality in content, art design, and code functionality across development stages.
• Document testing processes, report bugs, and write steps to reproduce issues.
• Use project spreadsheets and Asana to manage tasks.
• Collaborate with Development, Art, and Content teams to maintain standards before and during releases.
