Job summary

Qualifications

• Performs quality inspections on multiple cup lines following testing procedures.
• Identifies and communicates defects to the CRT and Packer.
• Maintains clean and organized work area; assists others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive pass down from the prior shift and note operational problems.
• Test products per current testing procedures and use pressurized leak testing unit.
• Visually inspect cups for cleanliness, print quality, defects, and seams.
• Use Lasermike for measurements and report out-of-spec readings.
• Train new QATs as needed and keep QC area stocked with supplies.
• Record quality data and create pull tags for failed or suspect products.
