We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Technician Trainee to join our team! The Quality Assurance Technician Trainee will be responsible for inspecting raw materials and work in process with finished goods to ensure compliance with product specifications.

Responsibilities

1. Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
2. Performing routine inspections and quality tests.
3. Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
4. Developing quality standards, conducting tests, and identifying issues in the production of our products or services.
5. Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed.
6. Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
7. Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
8. Make recommendations for improvement.
9. Create training materials and operating manuals.
10. Exhibit thoroughness and consistency when conducting quality control, testing, and audits.
11. Be proactive in non-conformance prevention and maintain a desire to help the organization to consistently achieve high quality and service expectations.
12. Ensure that overall job performance meets the satisfaction of the Quality Control Supervisor/Management Representative.
13. Assist with nonconformance Return Material Authorization (RMA) investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in updating RMAs in the ERP system when requested by a manager.
14. Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions as needed to support quality control activities and employee development.
15. Conduct customer-specific, routine quality control and testing as identified on production tickets and checklists.
16. Conduct testing and collect production performance data as needed in support of non-routine quality control checks.
