Job summary

Three Rivers Energy, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to uphold food-grade production quality. The role reports to QA Manager and is non-exempt.

Responsibilities include scheduling workload, reviewing CoA bundles, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. You will enter GOJO/SDA data into SAP, assist with audits and deviations, maintain records, and support supplier qualification. The position requires attention to detail, good communication, and ability to work on

Qualifications

• Prior Quality Assurance experience is desirable.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in working in an FDA regulated environment or food environment is desirable.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with making sure corrective actions are followed up on audit findings.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with making sure quality-related complaints are investigated and resolved.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with making sure all raw materials are appropriately tested and the results are reported.
• Assist Quality Assurance in filing and maintaining original documentation according to procedure.

Quality Assurance Technicians are responsible for playing a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Efficient scheduling of workload.
• Review of all final product CoA bundles.
• Sign, file, and post all final product CoA’s
• Enter required SDA 3C/GOJO product information into the SAP system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with making sure critical deviations are investigated and resolved.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with making sure internal audits are performed as per agreed schedule.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with making sure corrective actions are followed up on audit findings.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with making sure quality-related complaints are investigated and resolved.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with making sure all raw materials are appropriately tested and the results are reported.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager performing product quality reviews and follow up on findings.
• Maintain records of any consultants advising on the manufacture and control of intermediates or APIs

• Scheduling includes on call, some weekends, and occasional holidays.
• Review completed batch production and laboratory control records of critical process steps before release of API for distribution.
• Assist Quality Assurance in filing and maintaining original documentation according to procedure.
• Track and record all outside lab testing results.
• Update and maintain all approved suppliers.
• Enter GOJO products into the SAP system.
• HACCP Certified
• Responsible for following food safety regulations and company policies is essential to ensure the integrity of our food-grade production processes.

Background/Experience

• Prior Quality Assurance experience is desirable.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in working in an FDA regulated environment or food environment is desirable.
