Job summary

Three Rivers Energy is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician in Coshocton, OH. The role supports QA activities, including CoA review, data entry in SAP, and assisting the QA Manager with deviations and audits.

The position requires good communication, multitasking, and a commitment to food-grade production standards in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Prior Quality Assurance experience is desirable.
• Experience in an FDA regulated or food environment is desirable.
• Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule workload efficiently and manage audits.
• Review final product CoA bundles and ensure accuracy.
• Enter SDA 3C/GOJO data into the SAP system accurately.
• Assist QA Manager with deviations, audits, and corrective actions.
• Ensure quality-related complaints are investigated and resolved.
• Maintain records of consultants and supplier approvals.
• Adhere to safety, HACCP, and food safety regulations.

Quality Assurance Technicians are responsible for playing a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Efficient scheduling of workload.
• Review of all final product CoA bundles.
• Sign, file, and post all final product CoA's.
• Enter required SDA 3C/GOJO product information into the SAP system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with making sure critical deviations are investigated and resolved.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with making sure internal audits are performed as per agreed schedule.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with making sure corrective actions are followed up on audit findings.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with making sure quality-related complaints are investigated and resolved.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with making sure all raw materials are appropriately tested and the results are reported.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager performing product quality reviews and follow up on findings.
• Maintain records of any consultants advising on the manufacture and control of intermediates or APIs
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Safe work practices are a condition of employment.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and friendly atmosphere.
• Scheduling includes on call, some weekends, and occasional holidays.
• Review completed batch production and laboratory control records of critical process steps before release of API for distribution.
• Assist Quality Assurance in filing and maintaining original documentation according to procedure.
• Track and record all outside lab testing results.
• Update and maintain all approved suppliers.
• Enter GOJO products into the SAP system.
• HACCP Certified
• Responsible for following food safety regulations and company policies is essential to ensure the integrity of our food-grade production processes.

Background/Experience:

• Prior Quality Assurance experience is desirable.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in working in an FDA regulated environment or food environment is desirable.
