LaCroix Precision Optics is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join the Quality Team. The role supports compliance with ISO, ITAR, OSHA and AS9100, and collaborates with the Quality and Compliance Managers on audits and inspections.

You will perform First Article Inspections, calibrate metrology tools, and maintain documentation for customer portals while ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and blueprints.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Effective written and oral communication; teamwork.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform and document monthly calibration of precision tools and metrology.
• Assist with First Article Inspections using Excel, Discus, and Net-Inspect.
• Conduct internal ISO 9001 audits and ensure customer regulatory compliance.
• Read GD&T and interpret blueprints for inspection.
• Support safety training and produce new IWS.
