Qualifications

• Education equivalent to high school diploma or GED.
• Experience reading prints and using gages required.
• Quality assurance or quality control experience preferred.
• Vendor/supplier relations experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Metrology: use lab equipment to calibrate and audit parts and measure dimensions.
• Receiving Inspection: inspect incoming material per quality spec and document results.
• Heat Treat: setup/operate gages to inspect material hardness and micro-hardness.
• Auditing: perform process control plan audits and document results.
• Battery Warranty Analysis: analyze batteries returned per policies and document findings.
