Job summary

CCL Label Food and Beverage Sioux Falls is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for the weekend shift to uphold product quality, inspect materials, and ensure GMP compliance across production lines. You will release products to meet customer specifications and support continuous improvement efforts in a fast-paced packaging environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months+ manufacturing experience preferred.
• 6 months+ industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Approve and final release of products per customer specifications.
• Inspect finished products, raw materials, supplies, equipment, personnel, and facilities for GMP compliance.
• Perform First Article and Retention Sample digital comparisons for copy integrity.
• Audit GMP, housekeeping and job ticket documentation.
• Ensure sample inspections are completed accurately within specifications and timeframes.
• Compile data for Certificates of Compliance and Certificates of Analysis.
• Document defects with clarity to prevent recurrence.
• Calibrate and clean testing equipment.
• Assist others in a diverse and varied work environment.
