Job summary

CCL Label Food and Beverage Sioux Falls is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for weekend shifts. You will help ensure product quality by inspecting materials, conducting tests, and documenting results.

This role emphasizes adherence to GMP, accurate data recording, and timely release of products for customer specifications. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work weekend shift and adapt to production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Approve final product releases per specs.
• Inspect raw materials, finished products, and equipment for GMP adherence.
• Perform First Article and Retention Samples to ensure copy integrity.
• Compile data for Certificates of Compliance and Certificates of Analysis.
• Document defects with clarity to prevent recurrence.
• Calibrate and clean testing equipment.
• Audit GMP compliance and job tickets.
• Maintain timely sample inspections within specifications.
• Support other duties in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
