Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6 months or more experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety rules and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Set up complex seaming equipment and ensure proper setup validation before runs.
• Weld seams on labels according to customer specs.
• Load press rolls and unload finished products per specs.
• Perform final inspection and package products per requirements.
• Operate lifting equipment and maintain safe handling of materials.
