Job summary

NESL is seeking a Quality Control Technician to record measurements and data for concrete materials in compliance with PennDOT and PA Turnpike specifications. You will learn to document requirements and ensure products meet specs, reporting to management for quality improvements.

You should be able to collaborate across the business, maintain accuracy, and pursue NECEPT certification within 18 months. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Experience in concrete or highway construction preferred but not required.
• Able to collaborate and communicate across the business.
• Willingness to grow and learn.
• Commitment to safety, quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain measurements and test data for concrete materials.
• Learn to complete documentation for PennDOT, PA Turnpike, NESL.
• Ensure components meet required specifications.
• Report inspection results to Production management for quality improvement.
• Coordinate issues or specifications with supervisors or managers.
• Record results and report findings if specs are not met.
• Collect, record, and process any material certifications required.
