The position emphasizes collaboration, safety, and a proactive approach to growth. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with certification opportunities including NECEPT within 18 months.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete or asphalt quality control or materials testing is preferred.
• Ability to acquire NECEPT aggregate certification within 18 months.
• Additional certifications and training options will be available during employment.
• Collaborative communication across the business is expected.
• Safety, quality and accuracy are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain measurements and test data to ensure materials meet project specs.
• Complete documentation/record keeping for PennDOT, PA Turnpike, and NESL.
• Ensure components meet required specifications for all products.
• Report results to Production management for quality improvement.
• Coordinate any issues or specifications with supervisors or managers.
• Record inspection results and report if specs are not met.
• Collect, record, and process material certifications as required.
