Daikin Comfort is seeking a Quality Tech to support internal quality systems, perform audits, and drive improvements in manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure compliance and timely documentation.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, data analysis, and adherence to safety procedures while delivering accurate audit reports and supporting new product launches.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in quality/manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit areas for ISO compliance through Process and Product Audits.
• Document Non-Conformances and track corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Review engineering BOM/drawings and provide feedback.
• Assist quality leadership in continuous improvement projects.
• Document and maintain technical reports with timely submissions.
• Suggest CIP/QIP opportunities to management.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Support pilot runs, BOM auditing, drawings, and ECR reviews for new products.
• Assist with Management Audits and audit reports.
• Perform additional projects to support business needs.
