Seaboard Foods, a leading pork producer, is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for our Guymon, OK facility. You will inspect products at multiple process steps to ensure compliance with product specs, food safety protocols, GMPs, and all applicable regulations.

This role supports a high-volume operation with a focus on maintaining safety and quality. Ideal candidates will have a science/engineering degree with FSIS/USDA knowledge and pork FSQA experience, plus readiness to work on the

• Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering with relevant experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of USDA/FSIS directives and regulatory requirements.
• Experience demonstrating FSQA knowledge for pork products.
• Additional duties may be assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct routine audits and inspections for quality and food safety.
• Perform visual line and finished product inspections to ensure specifications.
• Carry out specialized tasks as assigned by the department.
• Place tags to hold or reject non-conforming products or materials.
• Notify supervisors of problems or stop production when defects occur.
• Monitor GMPs, SOPs, and CCPs to ensure compliance.
