Job summary

Ancient Crunch Inc. is seeking a QA Technician in Hackettstown, NJ to monitor and verify food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across production. The role involves executing tests, inspections, and supporting customer complaints investigations under FDA and FSMA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to commute to Hackettstown, NJ.
• Interest in product quality, manufacturing, or food/science environments a plus.
• Good memory, follow-up skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Test and verify food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout production.
• Perform in-process and finished product testing (moisture, peroxide, FFA).
• Maintain QA logs and calibration records; support audits and HACCP compliance.
