Job summary

Shearer’s Foods, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician on 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm) in Bluffton, IN. Pay rate is $20.00 per hour with potential to go up to $20.80 per hour based on performance. The role ensures analytical, microbiological and sensory quality and compliance across the facility.

You will work with production to implement checks, document results, and prepare for audits, reporting to the Quality Supervisor.

• Experience – 2+ years in QA in food and beverage manufacturing.
