Job summary

OPC Arbre Farms in Montana seeks a Quality Control Technician to monitor and document product quality and production processes, ensuring adherence to company and customer specifications. The role emphasizes precision and timely reporting in a fast-paced environment.

The position is full-time with January–April Monday–Friday (Saturdays possible) and May–December six days a week. Benefits apply after 60 days; vacation accrues after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document product quality and production processes.
• Adhere to Food Safety and GMP policies.
• Identify and communicate quality issues.
• Perform product inspections and CCP checks.
• Titrate process water and perform enzyme verification.
• Maintain documentation and calibrate equipment.
• Collect microbiological and retention samples.
• Interpret specifications and keep work area clean.
• Follow supervisor or management instructions.
