Job summary

Silver King Beverage Company seeks a quality control technician to conduct routine and non-routine testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to assure quality. You will perform line tests on can filling operations and document results per standard procedures, maintaining accurate data for analysis and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience or training.
• Skills: basic to intermediate data review, measurement interpretation, and color matching.
• Computer skills: proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written, in a respectful manner.

Responsibilities

• Conducts tests and inspections to evaluate quality or performance and verify conformance to specifications.
• Performs line testing on can filling operations including Brix, TA, pH, CO2, fill volume, and seam checks.
• Routinely uses measuring tools (caliper gauges, micrometers) and records results per procedures.
• Advises production when inspection results do not meet specifications and records data for SPC.
• Enters data into database systems and maintains accurate records for analysis.
• Supports updates to SOPs and work instructions and participates in periodic quality audits.
