Joseph Gallo Farms is seeking a Quality Control/Packaging Line worker to monitor finished products, logs, and labeling accuracy in a busy production setting. You will oversee packaging operations, assist with food safety checks, and support QA management with deviation reporting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in quality control or sanitation, with the NAV system knowledge considered an asset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of quality control or sanitation experience.
• Knowledgeable of procedures and equipment.
• Ability to learn the NAV system.

Responsibilities

• Work with QC/production staff to ensure product quality.
• Maintain logs and paperwork for the packaging area.
• Check weights, labels, dies, and metal detectors daily.
• Collect product samples during production and report deviations.
• Report improvements to QA management.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas.
