• Proficiency with SAP software.

The Quality Assurance Technician plays a critical role in supporting quality operations by performing laboratory testing, inspections, audits, and data reporting to ensure products meet established standards. Qualifications

• One to three years of analytical chemistry and instrumentation experience.
• Experience with quality systems and programs preferred.
• Working knowledge of analytical testing methods, laboratory techniques, and instrumentation.
• Understanding of laboratory safety regulations and best practices.
• Knowledge of quality concepts such as GLP, GMP, ISO, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
• Experience with fertilizer chemistry is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with SAP software.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on laboratory instruments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
