Job summary

GEDIA North America is seeking a Quality Technician to coordinate workflow and materials between departments and identify efficiency improvements on site in Dalton, GA. You will support quality tests, document results, and help implement corrective actions across production lines.

The role requires experience or formal vocational training in tooling/industrial mechanics, plus knowledge of forming technology, SAP/IDOS, and basic statistical QM methods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality technician experience or completed technical vocational training.
• Process knowledge in forming technology.
• Good user knowledge in SAP and MS Office programs.
• Basic knowledge of statistical QM methods.
• Confident, personable demeanor when dealing with related departments.
• Working knowledge of IDOS and SAP systems.
