Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure product quality and food safety across our manufacturing process. The role is ideal for someone with experience in food production, packaging, sanitation, or related fields looking to grow into Quality Assurance.

You will perform checks, collect samples, and support cross-functional teams to resolve issues while advancing food-safety programs. This is a contract-to-hire, onsite role in Columbus, WI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in food manufacturing, production, packaging, sanitation, or quality.
• Experience following GMPs, procedures, or food safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and support compliance initiatives.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
